Snapdragon Announces ‘XR Day’ to Drive Next Wave of Spatial Computing

Qualcomm is set to ignite India’s innovation ecosystem with the first event of its month-long ‘Snapdragon for India’ initiative: XR Day, taking place on July 21 in New Delhi. The event will showcase Qualcomm’s legacy and vision in MR, VR and AR, highlighting how Snapdragon platforms are powering the next generation smart glasses, spatial computing and immersive experiences.

The event will highlight real-world applications across entertainment, health, fitness and education. It will also bring together an ecosystem of developers, OEMs and partners to unveil new collaborations and demonstrate breakthrough use cases.

With a strong foundation in mobile, automotive, and wearable technologies, Snapdragon is expanding its footprint into spatial computing, positioning itself as a driving force behind India’s XR revolution. XR Day marks a new chapter in this journey, placing Snapdragon at the center of India’s next wave of immersive tech.

Complementing XR Day, Snapdragon Auto Day will be held on July 30, underscoring Qualcomm’s innovations in the automotive sector. The event will explore how the company is enabling safer, smarted and connected mobility in India.
