HCLTech, HPE set to launch Private 5G solution

HCLTech, a leading technology company, has entered a strategic global partnership with Athonet, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, a leader in mobile core network technology, to offer customized Private 5G offerings to enterprises across industries, including communication services providers (CSPs).

HCLTech plans to set up a dedicated HPE Private 5G lab in Noida, India to explore new use cases and demonstrate industrial applications of private 5G.

With over three decades of telecom services experience and strong network delivery capabilities, HCLTech will leverage its deep expertise in 5G, cloud, edge computing and digital transformation to help enterprises deploy and manage private 5G networks requiring high-speed and secure data transmission based on Athonet, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company’s award-winning mobile core technology.
