Sterlite Names Monica Madan as Chief Financial Officer

Sterlite, a global leader in manufacturing and supplying high-performance power conductors, extra-high voltage (EHV), high voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV) cables and optical ground wires (OPGW), today announced the appointment of Monica Madan as the Chief Financial Officer. She takes over the responsibilities previously held by Parag Jain.

With over two decades of experience across Fortune 500 companies, Monica has held leadership roles at McAfee, Microsoft, and Shell, working across India, Southeast Asia, the US, and Europe. Most recently, she served as the CFO of Schneider Electric Ireland, where she played a key role in driving financial transformation and business growth. She is a strong advocate for women empowerment, diverse and inclusive growth, and mental well-being.
